WWStay are creating online booking service/Market Place for global extended stay for corporates, using curated serviced apartments. They are like AirBnB but for corporates. WWStay curate inventories based on Duty of Care norms such as safety/security of employees. They provide real time employee tracking and 24x7 (same timezone ) support. These are key requirements for corporates and not provided by current online players.

With their product , we have automated the process of booking of 30+ days accomodations, which is not currently available with Online Travel Agencies(OTAs).  Currently this business is done manually involving large number of manual transactions over mail and phone. They are cutting down transaction time by 70%.  Further they provide apartments at lower cost than the market due to aggregation. 

With the WWStay product, corporate can save up to 15-20% over current adhoc buying, reduce buying time from a week to 1 or 2 days. cutdown their employee safety risks with very little effort and reduce cost of doing RFPs by 90%. 

For suppliers WWStay cuts down the cost of doing business by reducing & automating interactions with customer and reducing cost of sales and fulfillment. It can lead to savings of 20-30% for suppliers as well. Savings for suppliers come from handling more business with same cost of operation and very minimum sales cost. Further they can improve their utilization of inventory. That is why they provide them with deep discounted rates.
